Room available in the heart of Walthamstow with a 8 minute walk to the Victoria Line. There is a bus station with buses direct to Westfields Shopping Centre and regular night buses from central London. The property is only a few minute’s walk from the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema.

THE HOUSE:
The house has a large shared kitchen with a dining and seating area as well as a large paved garden which the tenants enjoy relaxing with a beer/glass of wine after a stressful workday or perhaps every day due to corona boredom... ha-ha! When we have good weather they often fire up the BBQ. Everyone has their own cupboard/fridge space to store food. The property also benefits from a washing machine there are three full bathrooms in the house. WIFI and permit parking is also available.
All bills are included with exception to gas and electric which is an extra £30 at present depending on usage.
CURRENT TENANTS:
The tenants in this house are around 30/40 years old, are all professionals and are all quiet and respectful towards each other. It is imperative that anyone moving into this property cleans up after themselves.
YOUR NEW LANDLADY:
I am a private live out landlord, all my properties are HMO licensed. My homes are multicultural and LGBT friendly. It is very important to me that all my tenants get on well so that you can live in a harmonious environment. The happier you are the easier my life becomes.
TENANT REQUIREMENTS:
In order to apply for a room in one of my properties you must be employed and not working from home.
