We have 2 double rooms becoming available in our beautiful refurbished Victorian house at the end of September.

The house is very large with living room, dining room, big modern kitchen, brand new bathroom, stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces and fully furnished with new mattresses, wardrobes etc.

Only 5 min walk to trendy Walthamstow Village with its Tapas bars, pubs and restaurants - highly recommend Eat 17! It's the perfect home for a professional who would like to live in a friendly houseshare with like minded housemates.

In a fantastic location for transport links, only 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central station (Victoria line) where you can be in Central London within 20 minutes. You can jump on the Overground that has direct trains into Liverpool St which take only 15 mins! Also close to green spaces like Lloyd Park with the newly refurbished William Morris gallery.

Room 1 - a big room on the ground floor at the front with bay window, letting in lots of natural light. The room comes with a double bed, white wardrobe and chest of drawers with original wood floors.
Room 2 - a cosy room on the first floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The room comes with double bed, white wardrobe and chest of drawers and is carpeted.

The rooms look fresh and modern. There is also space for a desk should you need to work from home.

There is a spacious, fully fitted, kitchen and separate living room with sofa to chill and watch tv. There is also a separate dining room with table and chairs.

A few details about the housemates you would be living with:
Nicolette (28) works in copywriting/marketing and enjoys reading, going out for meals and travelling.
Charlie (28) works as an analyst and has she enjoys reading, cooking and fitness.

Bills are not included but will be shared equally between all housemates, they currently work out to roughly £95 per person per month (inc Council Tax, high speed Internet and all utility bills)- these may need to be taken on by the new people moving into the property as they're currently managed by the two people moving out.
