Spacious Double Bedroom in 2 Bed Flat

Hi! My name is Cristina and I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat with. The flat is in a small private block of 12 flats called Button Lodge which has a shared garden area and bicycle storage to the rear. There is also street parking available (with a permit - I have a car and it's £50 for the permit for a year).

The flat is situated in a great location and is only a few minutes walk from Walthamstow Central and is also very close to the beautiful Walthamstow Village.

The double room available is pictured. I am currently in the other double bedroom which has an en-suite so I rarely use the main bathroom so it's almost an en-suite for the bedroom advertised! The shared open kitchen/living space leads out onto a balcony. This shared space will be furnished so it's just the bedroom which is unfurnished. There's also a nice hallway with a good size storage cupboard.

About me: I am a 30 year old professional, working on site in central London 5 days a week. I enjoy my exercise and sports and like to live a relatively healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy socialising, mainly at the weekends but also may be out some evenings in the week. I am a massive foodie and love to cook and bake when I can and enjoy going out to restaurants and cafes and trying new food. I also love a glass or 2 of red wine and a spritz in the summer! I love a good drama or documentary and watching films and theatre shows - again when I can. I like to keep the place clean and a nice and pleasant place to hang out/live.

I'm ideally looking for another professional who is clean and respectful and likes to keep their home looking nice. Probably not suited to someone who is looking for a party house but enjoys having a drink, meal, watching a movie, enjoying local spots etc.
