Cosy room in beautiful flat in Walthamstow

Location: Walthamstow (less than 10min to Walthamstow Central; about 30min to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street)

The room: fully furnished with a double bed and a mattress (almost new!), shelves, chest of drawers, open clothes rack. I also have bed sheets and towels, you'd just need to bring your luggage!

The flat: top floor, with a beautiful balcony with views of Canary Wharf and Central London, a fully equipped kitchen, open space with the living room. You'll be sharing the bathroom with me, since it's just one bathroom in the flat.

You will be sharing the flat only with me. I am 36 years old and work in Marketing and as a fitness instructor in the evenings. I work from home most days, so this would be ideal for someone who goes to the office most days. Not a party flat obviously, I'm looking for someone who is chill and tidy, but open to having a friendly rapport, maybe have dinner and watch TV together some evenings! I'm very easy-going and would like someone who matches that vibe ✨
