Hi! I’m renting out a bright and cosy double room in a clean, relaxed house just 2 minutes from both Walthamstow Central and Walthamstow Queens Road. The location is amazing. The room is being freshly repainted and set up with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, plenty of storage, excellent lighting, and a few touches to make it feel warm and comfortable. It’s a simple, peaceful space that feels good to come home to.

You’d be living in a friendly 4-bed house with a surprisingly spacious kitchen/living area and a garden where we chill and grow some food in summer, we’ve even got a little pond. Housemates are respectful and easy to live with, and all bills are included so you know exactly what you’re paying each month.

The house is located in Walthamstow a lively neighbourhood with a real community feel, and it was named London’s best place to live in 2025. After more than 10 years here, I can honestly say it just keeps getting better.
