One double room available in a lovely Victorian house in Camberwell available from mid November/beginning of December. We are quite flexible about the move in date.
About the house:
The house has bright ,large shared living spaces ( a large front room and an open plan kitchen with dining space) two bathrooms and an outdoor patio- distributed across three floors. The room: it’s a double room and comes fully furnished. There is large landing space next to the room which my housemate used as a studio/desk space.
Location: The house is just off Walworth road a 10 mins walk to Kennington Tube and a 5 minute bus from Camberwell Green. East Street market is close by for fresh veg and there’s 2 nice pubs very close by. Burgess Park is 5 minutes away. Rent is £660 a month plus bills.
You’ll be sharing with (myself) Flaminia 32 y/o journo/filmmaker. and Poppy who is 26 and works as an insurance lawyer. We are fairly tidy and sociable. We like to do our thing but also like to chill with a glass of wine/nice meal/film as a house. We would like to live with someone who enjoys sharing a house and will treat it as a home rather than an agency crash pad.
