HI there
We are looking for a house mate from December. The flat has an elegant sun balcony (great in summer for dining outside) and bags of storage space. A brand new stylish bathroom has just been fitted and the kitchen is only a few months old. There is a second large utility balcony and all the rooms have been recently redocrated and refreshed.
The living room is spaious with a well-used dining table and the flat in general is very well equipped (from books, to coffee machines, from caot pegs to picknet baskets).
The flat is fantatically well located for shops, gyms and transport.
You would be sharing with Luca, an engineer and his partner, Daniel, a real estate lawyer (Italian and English), and Alison, a fun and energetic American who works for the Minsitry of Justice.
We are looking for someone tidy and relaxed who is happy to contribute to the shared life of the flat, whilst respecting his or her personal space. We tend to cook a lot and Radio 4 is often on in the background.
Do get in touch.
