Transport: There is secure bike parking in the building. There are also many local busses to Elephant & Castle tube, which is also walkable in 15 mins. Kennington tube is also 15 mins walk.

Local area: The stunning Burgess Park is 30 seconds walk and we're close to the tennis courts and start line for Parkrun. The park café, Fowlds coffee, and Sour Leaf café are all 5 minutes walk. Saint Louie is 8 mins walk. Tesco metro is 5 mins walk and there's a Sainsbury's local opening soon which will be even closer.

Walworth road has many shops all the way up to Elephant Park. The nearest town centre is Camberwell. Both are 15 mins walk away, or 5 mins on a bus.

Our flat is our sanctuary and it’s important to us that we find the right person to share our home with. We're quite house-proud and like to keep things looking good. We're looking to live with a male housemate.

Because the room and the flat overall is completely furnished, it might suit someone who does not have a lot of their own stuff that they'd need place for.

We enjoy the buzz of London but above that we enjoy a calm home environment to recharge in and have downtime. Occasionally we’ll have friends over for dinner and drinks, but we mostly keep entertaining low-key. We enjoy cooking and, with the size of the kitchen, find it easier if only one meal is being prepared at a time so we hope you’re open to occasional shared cooking. (NB: We don't have a microwave!)

Keeping a place looking perfect is impossible - there’s everyday things to get done and often there’s a rack out with clothes drying. But tidiness and consideration for communal areas is essential. We have a cleaner in regularly, but basic cleanliness is appreciated.
