Looking for short term lodgers whilst the flat is put on the market for sale. Likely to be available for at least 6 months - may be longer?

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat full of character. over 1200 square foot flat - will mainly be shared by only 2 people. Landlord and partner (gay male couple) have a bedroom in the flat and will regularly visit to stay and prepare flat for sale - but will not be present all the time. Landlord has dogs who may come to flat when landlord is staying.

Rental of space includes:
Private bedroom with King sized bed. Recently re-decorated with new carpet. Under bed storage, additional storage space (accessed via ladder- see photos) and separate area for clothes/ hanging area.

Shared washing machine & tumble dryer
Shared kitchen & dining area.
Use of large roof terrace garden.

Shared use of bathroom with 1 other lodger. 1 other bathroom which should also be available for use when landlord not staying.

Room advertised as £850pcm without bills - estimate of all bills, council tax (Band D) and broadband is £150pcm per person (but could be more in winter months) - Would prefer £1000pcm all inclusive as makes things easier but happy for someone to take room without bills and then take responsibility of splitting bills. Parking permits can be purchased from council.
