Room available in a friendly 3-bed flat in SE17 2LR. The flat is spacious and well-kept, with a shared kitchen and living area, and is ideal for someone looking for a calm, respectful home rather than a party house. You’ll be living with two final-year King’s students who are easygoing, tidy, and considerate. We’ll both be around over the summer but will also be travelling, so the flat may be quieter at times with periods of extra space to yourself.

We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate who is reliable, clean in shared areas, and would suit either a student or a young professional. There is some flexibility with the move-in date, so it may be possible to move in earlier than 1st June. There’s also the option to extend and potentially take over the tenancy at the end of the year. The flat is in Council Tax Band C, but as we are students the property is currently exempt from paying council tax. Expect a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, mutual respect for privacy, and a place that feels like a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
