Double Room in quiet area - All Bills Inc.

Good sized double room in a 2 bedroom flat in a very quiet and pleasant street in Wandsworth. Shared living room and kitchen (Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, washing machine). The flat offers off-street parking. Within 5 min walk to Southside Shopping centre where you can find many restaurants, shops, Cinema, several different gym chains, a large Sainsburys and Waitrose.

I work in Victoria as an IT Project Manager, work most days in the office and usually Fridays from home. My day job is 9-5 and go to the gym every evening after workto a CrossFit Gym. I am looking for an easy going male to share with who enjoy similar activities. I own the flat and live by myself and I am looking to rent the remaining room.

I am preferably looking for someone who is active and doesn't work from home everyday. Ideally looking for someone over 28yo with a full-time job, who is tidy, and polite and respect each other space.

The flat is tidy and peaceful so I need someone who can respect and value that i. e. no parties or noisy night-times. I’m more of an early to bed early rise kinda person. I enjoy spending time with a flat mate but I also respect personal space.

When it comes to socializing, I'm usually at the pub, cinema or parks nearby with my friends. A flat mate who can also enjoy that would be great.

10 min walk to East Putney tube (Zone 2, District Line) and 15 min walk to Southfield tube (zone 3). 20min walk to Putney High Street and mainline train station. Clapham junction is just a short bus ride away, and you can be within central London and west in 30 minutes.

There is a good selection of pubs you can walk to in Wandsworth (The Ship, King’s arms), Earlsfield (The Wandle) and a great selection in Putney. King George’s Park, Wandsworth Park, and Wandsworth Common are all extremely close and offer a range of activities.
