My name is Freddie and I work in digital marketing.

My flatmate has moved back to Bristol so I'm looking for someone to take over his double bedroom as soon as possible.

The room comes fully furnished and freshly decorated with a brand new double bed and mattress. The bed includes pull out drawers and the room comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers combo and in-built shelving.

The flat is fully furnished and features a beautiful open plan kitchen and living room area with a balcony! There is one large shared bathroom, which includes a bath and shower.

Location:
A 10-minute walk to Southfields station, 15-minute bus journey to Clapham Junction station and a 15-minute bus ride away from Wimbledon station. The flat is situated opposite the bus stop for Clapham Junction and just above the bus stop for Wimbledon and Putney.

Below the flat is a Londis, a post office, a pharmacy, a few other shops and a great local pub. There are also two GPs both within a 10-minute walk.

About me:
I'm 29 years old and work in Digital Marketing. I love nights in front of the telly binging on terrible TV and drinks down the pub (when my bank account allows it).
