Double room available in spacious Wandsworth flat

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat that I bought a couple of years ago. There is plenty of space for 2 people and there will still be another spare loft room for any guests or storage needed. There is a lovely roof terrace that is perfect on sunny days. The room is a double room and you will also share a large living area and separate kitchen. The place is well looked after and I would like to share it with someone who appreciates this.

All bills included - only additional cost would be for the cleaner, which is currently £45 each for a clean every 2 weeks.

The available room now has a desk, perfect for working from home. However, the large table in the lounge and smaller kitchen table are also great places to work from during the day. I use the loft room as an office so the other spaces are free during working hours. The bedroom is great, a medium sized double, but the main benefit of deciding to live at my place over others would definitely be the rest of the space that is available. My current flatmate and I both work from home every day without getting in each other's way at all.

Wandsworth Common is a 10 minute walk away, which was my saviour during lockdown.
