We are currently looking for 1 person to take over our tenancy. We live in a beautiful split level, 3 bedroom flat we parking. You will be sharing one bathroom. Available to move in immeditaly as soon as contracts are signed.
The bedroom is large, spacious with lots of storage space and all the furniture in the flat is brand new. The tenancy ends on July 2021.
The flat has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
We have the house on a zero deposit scheme so no large deposit is required just fees to agency to change name on tenancy and on zero deposit scheme agreement.
Our flatmate who will be staying in the house is 24 years old and work as an Interiors Designer. The other os 25 and works full time in the city.
We are a 15 minutes walk from Clapham Jucntion station and Wandsworth Town. There is a bus stop a short walk from the flat too.
