Hey,

Spacious room (roughly 13 sqm). Comes with a bed and some furniture. I am renting this room out with no long term contract. Currently renting the room out with a 2 month agreement with 14days noticed period for myself and the new lodger. This is due to the potential of me moving home in the near future. Hence why such a lost price as well as the rent being paid weekly not monthly. Perfect for comunting professionals or students. Willing to rent purely Monday to Friday for 100 a week.

In a great area 15min walk to wandsworth Town, 20mins to east putney tube and putney train station. 5mins from wandsworth Park and the River Thames. Sainsbury local 2minutes away.

About myself: young professional who works in facilities. 24 years old. currently stuck at home due to lockdown.

We are looking for a flat mate. That likes to socialise with people. Must be clean and tidy. Must pay on time every month.

Also likes cats as we have a house cat called Jager.
