Single room going in prime location Wandsworth

We are looking for one new housemate to join us. Our house is approx 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town stations. On top of this there is regular buses. Fifteen minutes on the train to Waterloo.

Single room - £488 bills included (available from 01/08/2020).

An incredibly reasonably priced bedroom for the location. Hence why I am coming up to my fifth year here. I moved here having no idea what a fantastic location I'd moved to.

We are surrounded by parks and local commons, tennis courts, football pitches, Southside shopping centre, restaurants, (4D/3D/2D) cinema, supermarkets, a host of coffee shops, gyms, the backyard cinema, fantastic pubs, butchers, bakeries and the amazing independent gelato shop down the road. Just a teaser of the great things going on.

There are four of us currently living here. Two men and two woman. The gents are sporty and are frequently playing football. They both work in primary education. The ladies are lovely. One is an architect enthusiastic about plants and the other is sporty.. We'd love to have one more person who'd be up for joining us in trips to the cinema, pubs and restaurants.
