Well located 2 x double room flat in Earlsfield

The flat is located in Earlsfield and is an easy walk to local stores and transport options. The flat is being redecorated and will be available from the 1st of September (or around that day, I am flexible.)

The flat has two well portioned double rooms (Bedroom 1 is available). The room comes fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The flat is on the ground floor in an apartment block made up of four flats. The neighbours are mostly quiet and polite!
There is a large sitting room, (social distancing = TICK!!) which has plenty of space to sit and relax.
The kitchen is well stocked (I love to cook and bake!), with a washer and tumble dryer (come in handy in the winter!!).

The flat is situated in a lovely area, with Wandsworth Common a short walk away. If you do have a car, there is always a space outside the flat, although it is residents parking, so there is a small fee to pay. The nearest large grocery store is Sainsbury's which is about a 10 minute walk away. This is opposite the Southside Shopping Mall, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a couple of Tesco expresses and small Sainsbury's near to Earlsfield train station.

The local bus is the 77, which takes you to Waterloo (about 45 mins) in one direction and Tooting Broadway (about 20 mins) in the other direction. Earlsfield train station is about a 10 minute walk away and this will get you into central London in about 15 minutes.

I am looking for either a single person or a couple to come and stay who are keen to make Earlsfield their home. Ideally I am looking for a professional person who has plans to stay in the area for at least a year.

A little about me!! I love to cook and bake, enjoy a good Netflix series and most importantly I am never too far away from a Gin and Tonic! During the COVID-19 lockdown I have rediscovered how much I love to knit and crochet so you will normally find me in the sitting room with wool in my lap and Netflix on in the background.
