I’m looking for a female to sublet my room in a 5-bed shared house over the summer.
Dates are 12/07 - 30/08

The property is a 5 bed in a quiet residential mews, 10 minutes distance to East Putney and Wandsworth town station.
The property has a large open-plan lounge/dining area, kitchen and large balcony.
Space to work from home in the bedroom and in the living room at the large table.

We are a social group of young professionals who get along very well and like to go to the pub or watch series together in the evening but everyone has their own lives.

The rent includes all bills and utilities.
The property belongs to a private landlord that we get on very well with and is very prompt to help us with any issues that may arise in the flat.

Room is available from 12th July

The rest is 660£ for the first 4 weeks + 495£ for the last 3 weeks of staying. A deposit of 770 £ is required upon moving in.
