We are currently looking for a professional flat mate to move into the house in Wandsworth.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The room is available from 17 May 2026.

There is a communal bathroom with bath and shower which is shared between the other four flat mates.

There is a communal kitchen and a large open-plan living room / dining room on the 1st floor with a large private balcony with bbq/chairs/table/hammock.

The property is located in behind a gated quiet cul-de-sac. The ground floor has 1 bedroom and there is a converted garage which is used for storage.

The bedroom on offer is on 2nd floor of the house.

Monthly rent is £950 and includes all utility bills, high speed broad band, Sky TV, council tax, cleaning products etc - even a biweekly cleaner!

The landlord is a private landlord who acts quickly if something breaks or needs replacing.

We are a friendly and social bunch with varied interests. We watch telly in the evenings together if there is a good programme on!
