My housemate is moving out and her room will be available to rent from 10th May. Please note the tenancy will be rolling monthly as my landlord has the property on the market advertised for sale.
The apartment based at Riverside Quarter in Wandsworth is only a few years old and therefore modern and spacious. I have been living here for a year and a half and am finding a new housemate for my landlord (who is fab!).
The rent for the room is £950 pcm plus bills which are internet (approx £15 pcm each) Council Tax (approx £60 pcm each), water (approx £15 - £20 pcm each) and gas which will vary depending on use.
The double room is spacious and has built in mirror wardrobes and its own outside balcony.
Looking for a working professional (office / non home based) with no pets and non smoker. The tenancy only permits single occupancy of the rooms so no couples.
