Double room with balcony in modern riverside apartment, Wandsworth.

I'm moving out of this great flat and looking for someone to take my double bedroom.

You'd be sharing with one other housemate (male, 34), a working professional who is sporty, easy going, friendly, and keeps the apartment clean and tidy (it's never a party house).

The building is a modern new-build with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer etc.). The available bedroom has direct access to the balcony, blackout blinds, and a fitted double wardrobe with drawers, storage and full-length mirrored doors. It comes furnished with a double bed, or unfurnished if you already have your own. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (sofa, kitchen table, etc.).

The other bedroom is en-suite, so there's no morning queue for the main bathroom and you have the option of a shower & bath.

The location is excellent. You're right by the river, about a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town station with quick links to Waterloo (~12 mins), Clapham Junction (~3 mins) and the City. East Putney station is also roughly a 12-minute walk, with the District line taking you all the way through the city and up to Paddington.

There's also the Uber Boat, just a 2-minute walk to the pier, which takes you through the city to Greenwich. It's a genuinely lovely commute into central: you always get a seat and a coffee. In my time living here I've commuted to Embankment, Paddington and the City with no issues.

You're also close to Wandsworth Park, several gyms, cafés, bakeries, wine bars, the high street and plenty of pubs. If you're into running, I often run from here along the river through Battersea Park and back, which is exactly 10k, or three loops around Wandsworth Park for a 5k. Walk along the river in the opposite direction and you'll end up in Barnes, which makes for a lovely day out with your other half.

There's a work-from-home setup in the flat; just hook up your laptop to the monitor.

Rent includes heating and servicing, and the other bills come to roughly £110 per month.

Looking for a working professional. No couples, pets or smokers.

If it sounds like a good fit, feel free to get in touch 🙂
