Double room 10 minute walk from Southfields

A little bit about ourselves:
There are three of us already; Gabi (female, 19, Imperial Physics student), Kenneth (male, 20, Imperial Physics student), Brin (male, 19, Imperial Physics student).

We're a friendly bunch I'd say, sociable, hard-working, sporty. I'd like to say we're reasonable people, we can easily come to an agreement, we all like our personal time, etc.

About the area:
The property is situated on a quiet road which we've found is quite safe as most of the residents in the area have small children or families.
Within a 15 minute walk, there are multiple parks such as King George's park, home to tennis courts and football pitches. Alongside this, there are many cafes, small shops and a large shopping centre.
Wimbledon is the main attraction of living in this area with much to do and much to see, especially whenever the suns out.
10 minutes away from Southfields station, the District line is perfect for getting to central london.
