One of our housemates is moving out so we are looking for a friendly new housemate to take the double room our modern, penthouse flat in Wandsworth Town! This will be a lease takeover with a fresh lease starting on June 7 when our current housemate moves out.
The room available is available now. It is a furnished double room, has its own bathroom opposite, has a shared balcony (for the warmer months), and a view of the Thames. The open plan shared living space is bright, with floor the ceiling windows. Kitchen is a great size, and we also have two ovens for those who enjoy cooking.
You’ll be living with 2 Australian couples in their late 20s/early 30s. We are looking for someone that fits the house dynamic- very easy going, enjoys having a drink together and some house games nights- and also enjoys a clean and tidy space.
We are a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, and 10 minute walk from Southside mall.
Please get in touch if it sounds like the right fit :)
