Room available in Wandsworth 🌼

I’m sadly leaving this flat as I have found a place closer to uni and the remaining members of the flat are looking for another person to take over the room in this 3-bed flat.

We need someone to move in quite soon, preferably 15th of march.

The current flatmates are Ebba and Sarah and here’s a little description of themselves:

🌸 We are two Marketing University Students, originally from Sweden and we’re also sisters! 👯‍♀️
🌸 We’re very social and active people 🥰
🌸Some of our interests include: fitness, music, dance, reading. We also enjoy exploring London and visiting new places.

The flat is located in Wandsworth, walking distance to Wandsworth Town train station and Clapham Junction Station. It’s a vibrant, cozy area and is very safe. Southside shopping centre is only 10 min walk away, along with other stores and restaurants.

The rent is £3000 pcm for the whole flat excluding bills. Bills are usually between 50-100 pounds per person. The rent for the room on offer is 850pcm, in line with the size of the room comparatively to the others. Additionally, the deposit for moving the flat is £1153.
