King Sized Bedroom on the river in New Build

I’m moving to Greece on 3rd April for 2+ years with my 2 dogs and cat (who I already moved over in February so ignore the photos with the dogs in them!) and I’m looking for someone to take my bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat (that I own).

You’ll be sharing with a lovely, extremely tidy and relaxed 25 year old male professional (who I must say acts much older than his age as I was hesitant at first to live with someone 10 years younger than me but it was one of the best room mates I’ve ever had).

Ideally I’m looking for someone to take the place for a year or more but I’m aware there is the new rule coming in May that allows for 2 months notice for tenants so I’ll do a 6 month minimum here until then.

Both mine and my current flatmates vibe is - clean, respectful, friendly and calm. He will be wanting someone on the same level. It won’t be a party house as he works pretty hard during the week and is big on fitness on weekends - although does go out on the odd occasion. He cooked me a fabulous carbonara in the first week of living together so I am sure you’ll have that to look forward to!

Includes all bills as it just makes it easier for everyone and I’m happy to keep them up on my accounts whilst away.

It’s a beautiful area and the flat is a new build that I bought when it was constructed in 2020.
