Double Room in a friendly, social house-share 💖

We have a cosy, double room available in a fabulous house in Wandsworth ✨ 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Station (with links straight to Waterloo & Clapham Junction) As well as overground, there are really good bus links.

The house is on a lovely street and really close to Southside Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema and some great pubs!

Two super friendly, fun housemates, Demi (27) Marketing & Natalia (32) Events. We like to hang out, watch TV, host gals nights in and also love a little pub trip etc. We also respect each other's space & quiet time when needed. During the week, we are quite chilled with work but always keen to debrief about our days. You will be welcomed with open arms!

We’re looking for a female (27-32) who is clean, tidy & easy going. Someone who is looking for a home and keen to be friends as well as housemates.

The house has a large kitchen, homely lounge, garden (perfect for the summer & bbqs!), and a shared bathroom (bath & shower).

The bedroom is upstairs, cosy & easily fits a double bed, desk and has a built in wardrobe. It gets plenty of natural daylight too 😊 The room is unfurnished. There is also shelves and a set of drawers outside which you can use for additional storage.

Rent is £896 per month
Bills normally come to £100 per month (usually less over the summer)

We’re looking for someone to move in for the 1st May (start of the new contract)!
