Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate as my friend is moving back to her home in Turkey. I'm from Wales originally, work in the Civil Service and am sociable (chatting in the living room, going to the pub or for food) but also respect enjoying down time.

Looking for another sociable person to join the flat, who also respects others and keeps the house tidy and in good condition.

The bedroom available is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cupboard, wooden desk and chair and freestanding mirror.

The property is presented in an excellent condition throughout and has an open plan kitchen and living room (with large TV and jukebox), large bathroom and Juliette balcony with views overlooking the River Wandle and King George's Park.

There is a private bike shed and designated parking space to the rear of the building.

Ideally located just minutes from the Southside shopping centre, the cinema and a number of pubs, restaurants and gyms, the apartment is only a 2 minute walk to big Sainsbury's and a 10-15 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station. It is well connected by local bus routes into central London and close to Putney, Clapham, Tooting and Battersea.

Another benefit of the area is that Wandsworth Council Tax is the lowest in the UK.

Our current tenancy agreement ends on 26th September 2026.
