Double Room Available Wandsworth

I have a lovely double room available as my flatmate will be moving out early June this year!

(The double room only includes the bed, mattress, built in wardrobe and big mirror)
Looking for someone who has the same interests as me e. g. relaxing, drinking wine, watching Netflix, going for brunch, going out for dinner (anything food related basically). I consider myself to be very neat, tidy and organised so would like to find someone who is also very similar to live and be friends with. I'm a media planner for Tesco (wfh 3 days and in the office for 2).

The flat is in a great location (situated between Putney and Wandsworth) and there is tons to do in the area; Putney wine bar nearby, a cosy local pub, lots of restaurants etc and close to Wandsworth Southside shopping centre. East Putney tube station is also only 13 mins walk away, as well as main Putney station being around a 20 min walk away. Just to make you aware this isn't a party house as it's in a residential area with families living next door.
