My fantastic friend is sadly (for me) moving in with her partner and I am on the hunt for a new flatmate!

The Room
The available room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. It faces the back of the building so it's very quiet and peaceful.
The rent is £850 a month and bills sum up to £130pp per month.

The Flat
The flat is on the ground floor and has a large living room with a wooden dining table perfect for hosting and two comfy sofas. There is a smallish but functional kitchen with lots of storage.
There's also an allocated parking space in the private parking behind the building and a sunny communal garden where you can enjoy a lunch outside if you are wfh.

Your Future Flatmate (me!)
I am from Italy and I've been living in London for 5 years. I work in publishing in central London and work from home twice a week.
When I'm home, I enjoy cooking or a wine night in watching tv - otherwise, you can find me in the nearby parks and pubs of Wandsworth!
The landlord is great and is always on hand if we need anything sorted.

The Area
Wandsworth is a wonderful area to live in with supermarkets, shops, pubs and gyms within walking distance. There are also many parks nearby and the riverside is about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest train station is Wandsworth Town, which is less than 10 minutes away, and Putney East is about a 15-minute walk: in 15 minutes you will be in central London.
