Hello! My flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a cool, open minded , chill and outgoing professional to join our home .
The flat is very spacious, we have a big shared kitchen and living room . There are two bathrooms and we have a lovely patio perfect for sunbathing .
The bedroom is unfurnished but my flatmate is open to sell everything on the picture (price is open for discussion.)
We are two males working full time . One mostly working from home.
We are very laid back and chill guys who likes going out , having gathering at home and visitors but also enjoy privacy and time for ourselves.
Smoking allowed only in the patio .
