No time wasters, please!

We are looking for people who can commit to a 1 year contract and can afford living in London (having an employment is mandatory).
Our landlord takes it very seriously and he actually checks peoples background/ references.

We are both working professionals with Mon-Fri jobs. We are in our 30s and we both share passion for travelling and good food.

Main thing for us is that you will be CLEAN and respectful. Sounds like a basic requirement but trust us…it’s difficult to find it.
We are looking for people in their 30’s up to age of 40 or so. But even if you are a little younger/ older, just drop us a line and we’ll see :) Age is not everything. We are open to LGBT friends.

Sorry no students, and definitely no couples. No WFH either I’m afraid. And defo the saddest bit- no pets.

Both rooms are very cosy, bright and quiet, since not overlooking the main road. Cost of smaller room is £650 and larger with patio £750 which is a steal for this location.

Bills not included. But we pay about £12 for the internet pp, gas & electricity depends on the time of the year but max £50 a month during winter, water about £10-15 per month, and council tax about £20 pp.

Please write a little bit about yourself so we get the idea who are you and come to a viewing! Also please which room are you down for. We are planning on doing it ASAP.

P. S- moving in date is 1st of August but we are able to accommodate earlier if there is a need for it.
