Looking for a someone to sublet my room long term whilst I'm away for work performing in Germany with the potential to take over full time if wanted. The rent price is £1200 with bills coming to around £100.
The house features 5 bedrooms (Your new lovely house mates would be 4 mid-20’s professionals). We have a fully equipped kitchen, a very large living room and a cute and fairly spacious garden. Our home is a 5min walk from Wandsworth town station (amazing location) and about 7 min bus to Clapham junction station which has transport links to various different places.
The house is kept tidy and organised, so we are looking for someone of the same nature and also friendly, easygoing and someone who enjoys a sociable home environment and doing things together sometimes.
