the room is spacious and fully furnished. There is one bathroom (seperate toilet) that we all share. We have a large living room with lots of natural light and small balcony. The flat also has heaps of storage.
🌍 Location: We are are really well connected - 15 minute walk to East Putney, and 18 minute walk to Wandsworth Town as well as lots of buses on Wandsworth High Street. We are close by to a Tesco Express and 10 minute walk to huuuuge Sainsburys and Southside Shopping Centre. We also have two coffee shops within walking distance as well a great selection of pubs. Wandsworth Park is also about a 10 minute walk. Our location is quite fab ✨

Maggie is an American and is 25 and studying law. I’m Izzy, an Aussie, 26 and work as a nanny.
Maggie and I have known each other about 18 months and have a great house dynamic - we know when we both want our alone time but enjoy being social and organising things together. We both enjoy running, getting coffee, pilates, reading and a cheeky weekend wine. We also like to host on special occasions (Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Christmas.) We are keen for a social housemate and we would love a new pal!
