The room itself is a good size double with 2 big wardrobes, it’s light and bright. You also have sole use of the main master bathroom with bath and shower.

The flat is a 1st floor flat in a lovely converted building. It has a large open plan kitchen and living room, with a dining table. As well as a patio terrace with table and bbq. Parking is available with a permit.

The current tenant bought the bed and desk, but we can discuss keeping it for a price, or it may have to be replaced.

You’ll be living with one easy-going female, in my 30s. I enjoy going out, eating out, going to the gym/pilates and the odd glass of wine. I also enjoy chilled nights in and binging reality tv. Keen to live with someone I get on with well and we can have a lovely flat environment. I am in the office 3 days a week, working in advertising.
