I’m looking to replace my lovely flatmate, who will be moving out at the beginning of April.

The available bedroom is the larger of the two and comes with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a dedicated parking space in the underground car park.

Water is included in the rent and wifi, council tax and electricity is around £140.

The flat is modern, clean, and fully furnished, situated on the first floor. The private balcony overlooks a communal garden, and residents also have access to a rarely used two-level roof terrace. The building is just moments from the Thames and Wandsworth Park, making it a lovely spot for walks, runs, or relaxing outdoors.

Transport links are good with only a 10–15 minute walk to both East Putney Underground Station (District Line) and Wandsworth Town Station, with direct trains into Waterloo.

A bit about me: I’m Georgia, 27, and I work in property in Belgravia. I’m in the office five days a week and love fitness, so I’m usually out the door early to train before work. I love going out and socialising with friends, going to music events and festivals.

I’ve been really lucky with my current flatmate and would love to find someone similarly like-minded. As it’s a two-bed flat, it’s important to find the right fit. I’m clean, sociable, respectful, and laid-back. Sometimes we cook together and watch a film in the living room; other times we do our own thing. We’ve both been very happy here for the past two years, and I’d love for the next flatmate to feel the same.
