A spacious double room in Wandsworth is available to rent from 1st April, and we are looking for someone who can move in on that date.

The room used to be the living room, so it is one of the largest rooms in the flat. The flat itself is spread across two levels, which makes it feel more like a house than a typical flat.

You will be living with three professionals (two guys and one girl). The kitchen is shared between four people, while the bathroom is shared with the two guys. As this room used to be the living room, the flat no longer has a separate living room.

The room comes furnished with:

Two built-in bookshelves on each side with plenty of storage space underneath
Additional storage space under the bed
The flat also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The room itself is very spacious and airy.

Around 15 minutes from Southfields and East Putney stations (District line)
Around 12 minutes by bus to Clapham Junction, where you can easily reach Victoria, Waterloo, or Gatwick Airport

The River Thames about 15 minutes away, perfect for an evening or morning stroll
A shopping centre within walking distance with Cineworld, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and other useful shops

It’s a great location. I have lived in this flat for the past five years and am very sad to leave the room.

Rent: £780 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: approximately £100–£130 per month
