Looking for a female in a lovely flatshare

Room for rent

I'm moving out of this lovely flat and I'm looking for my replacement.

Move in end of April-early May, but there is some flexibility.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawer - a lot of space for storage and space for smaller furniture, if needed. It gets plenty of natural light with a beautiful tree right outside the window.

The kitchen is spacious with most of the appliances - fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an air fryer!
There's a washer and dryer, a separate toilet and bathroom.

Bills not included in the rent and an estimate on bills is £100-150. This includes, council tax, water, electric/gas, sky internet and TV.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Southside shopping centre (Sainsbury, Waitrose, Cineworld, H&M, Oliver Bonas, and lots of resturants amongst other things). It is a very short walk to Wandsworth Town station and the amazing Old York Road, plus there are great bus links almost at the front door. Short bus ride to East Putney station, or Clapham Junction. Both are also walkable within about 30mins.

There is also a PureGym, The Gym and F45 all close by.

There is also some great pubs including the Alma and Ship a stones throw from the flat.

There is a covered bike shed and parking available subject to permit.

About the current flatmates:
An Australian and a Midlander, Tamara is a professional who works from home and office, is always up for a good chat and makes the flat a home!
Lisa works in hospitality and is a runner and loves all things art and food!

We often watch TV in the evening together, have a chit chat and have a weakness for bad reality, Real Housewives fans definitely welcome. We tend to be out on weekends during the day, but quite homebodies of the evening.

An ideal housemate would be friendly and sociable, while we all have our lives outside of the house, its great to have a laugh and chit chat with those who you reside with. We have a lovely communal lounge with a tv which provides a great space for relaxing and chatting at the end of a work day.
