Flat share in Wandsworth

Hi there!

We’ve got a room opening up in our three-bedroom maisonette, as one of our flatmates is moving out.

The room is a good size and comes with large built-in cupboards, plus there’s extra storage space in the attic. The flat has a spacious shared living area, making it a really comfortable place to hang out.

Location-wise, we’re in a great spot — a short walk to Wandsworth Common, around 10–15 minutes to Southside Shopping Centre and Wandsworth Town station, and about 20 minutes to Clapham Junction.

You’d be living with Tim (me), Casey (my partner) and Dav, all Aussies! We’re all pretty easygoing and get on well — we’ll sometimes go to the pub or hangout at home, but we also respect each other’s space and have our own routines.

We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate who’s up for being part of a relaxed, friendly household.
