We’re looking for a lovely girl, aged 26 - 30, to take over a room in a warm and welcoming 4-bedroom house in Wandsworth Town. Unfortunately one of our lovely housemates are moving back to Ireland.

📍 Location:
Wandsworth Town, in the heart of The Tonsleys.

🛏️ The Room: £1050 per month + bills which come to about £110 each. Move in date from April 1st.

Set on the top floor, this bright double room comes unfurnished although the following is for sale:

• Double bed
• ⁠Chest of draws

You’ll share a bathroom (with bathtub and overhead shower) with one other girl, with access through both bedrooms for ease.
