I’m moving out as I’ve recently moved in with my boyfriend, so my room is becoming available in our lovely duplex flat. The room is available immediately and comes with wardrobes for storage.
You’ll be living with two great girls who are both working professionals. They’re super easy to live with — they enjoy the gym, a bit of shopping, and a glass of wine on the sofa with some reality TV 🍷
The flat itself is really spacious with a big social living area, perfect for chilling or hanging out. It’s a duplex with two balconies, which is such a bonus especially in the summer. There is also parking available.
We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space, and would love to be friends as well as housemates.
I can arrange viewings from as soon as tomorrow, as I’ve now relocated and am looking to fill the room as soon as possible.
