Spacious Double Room | Wandsworth | April Move-In

We have a double room available from April in an easygoing house in Wandsworth, shared with a group of young professionals.

You’d be living with 5 others (3 girls and 2 guys) aged mid-20s to early-30s. We’re all working professionals with our own routines, but occasionally head out for pub quizzes, or a drink together. That said, everyone is very respectful of each other’s space during the week.

The house has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere — not a party house.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate (female).

Location
The house is in a really convenient spot:
• 5 minute walk to Southside Shopping Centre and a large Sainsbury’s
• 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station
• 10 minute bus to Clapham Junction or East Putney

Who we’re looking for:
We’re ideally looking for a male housemate aged roughly 25–35 to keep the house balance similar. Someone tidy, easygoing and comfortable living in a shared house environment.

Important information
The successful applicant will be required to undergo referencing and a credit check, and must meet the UK Right to Rent requirements.

Rent is £830p/m, bills are around £100p/m and we take it in turns to pay for a cleaner.
