Sadly my time has come to leave this room, but on the plus side that presents you reading this with a great opportunity for your next home!

The room is spacious, bright and quiet, with a nice high ceiling, mantelpiece and plenty of space along the free wall for a desk. The room is laid out nicely and is somewhere you can unwind and relax after a busy day.

My fellow housemates are very friendly, and there are regular opportunities to socialise in our shared space downstairs, in particular our lounge. We’re all working professionals in various fields which makes the dynamic fun and interesting, and we are looking for someone who can maintain that dynamic, who is also clean, respectful and quiet during hours of rest.

In terms of location, the house is very well situated - a 5 minute walk away from Wandsworth Town station, and a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction. The area is also blessed with shops, gyms and good bus links around the SW area and even into central London.

The rent is £960 pcm and that includes bills, making it very good by London standards! The room is available from 1st May, which lines up nicely with the Bank Holiday weekend.
