After 4 very happy years, our lovely lodger is leaving London and so we are looking for a new Monday-Friday lodger.

We have a spacious and newly decorated double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. It is very private and on its own floor at the top of the house.

We have a large eat in kitchen with comfortable sofa area.

We are a family of four and have loved having previous lodgers staying with us.

The house is just off East Hill with excellent access to both Wandsworth Town (5 minute walk) and Clapham Junction (12 minutes). Waterloo is 15 minutes via overground.

There is a range of good pubs and restaurants within walking distance including the East Hill and the Alma.

Southside shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk away and has lovely restaurants, bars, shops and a cinema.
The house would suit a professional from out of town, working in the City or West End.

We have a weekly cleaner and sheets and towels will be changed every other week. All bills are included.

Short-term tenants considered for negotiated rent.
