Single bed in Wandsworth

There is parking available over night - but a permit is required from 10.30am to 11.30am Monday to Friday, which we can obtain if you plan to keep a car at the property.

Please note all bills are included except for electricity which is on a key card - with three people living in the property electricity usually averages £30 (£10 per person) per month (less in summer months)

There is a kitchen, with balcony, a lounge, shower/bathroom and separate toilet.

I am moving out of the property to relocate to Bath, but the other two housemates are remaining. Everyone is very easy going. The current housemates enjoy running, brunches and various other activities.

Most people are home by 7pm and relatively communal however there are also occasions where we all have our own time and space.

The flat is ideally located close to Southside shopping centre and a large Sainsbury’s store. Its roughly 12 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and great bus links to Clapham Junction or East Putney Underground.

It's a very bright sunny flat. The housemates like to keep the place clean and homely. And look out for one another in the flat and the neighbours.

Current housemates are happy to find a social person to move in but also happy to have someone move in that prefers their on space and just wants a place to chill and sleep - there’s penny of space for either
