I am Inma the other one sharer just two in a very large flat. Both rooms have their own bathroom. I am from Spain and have been living in London the past four years. I have been living in this flat for just over a year now. I work in childcare and my work is very close to the flat so I can easily walk to work. I am very clean and tidy, very organised and don’t like mess or clutter.

The flat is a three bed but the third room is kept for the landlord who has only stayed two nights in the last year as he travels and stays out of town. The flat is very spacious and bright. There is a balcony and a separate kitchen and living room space. St. George’s Park is across the street and everywhere is quite accessible from where the flat is. The landlord is also very supportive. This has just become available again as the new tenant did not arrive due to family problems in Portugal.

Included in the rent is wi-fi, sky tv, and all elec etc. No other bills at all. Double room is large with lots of fitted wardrobes and under bed storage, chests of drawers. Apartment is over 1300 sq feet for just 2 sharing. . There is now only one room available.

This is a Fabulous flat overlooking the park, room free from 01.12.23. It is on the 2nd floor with lifts and balcony in Wandsworth. Nuffield Gym next door, plus Waitrose and shopping centre. Close to railway station too and excellent bus routes. All windows have views to the park opposite. Balcony, wooden floors throughout, new kitchen , new bathrooms so looks fantastic. You need to view and see for yourself. 2 double bedrooms. The room is very light and bright, fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage with your own bathroom with bath and shower. Large new kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, new wash machine, etc. Sky tv too with netflicks and wi fi.. See pics on site. Free parking below if you need it. Yes sure, please tell your prospective tenant that I lived in the apartment for almost 1,5 years and it’s well located to the shops, park & train station. I’d always recommend someone be careful anywhere they live but I had no problem in the block with the tenants who lived there.

The flat itself is great with a huge space regarding the location quite close to the centre, with nice amenities and furniture in every room (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living-room...) and a lovely view to enjoy from the balcony during summer while looking at the small park just in front! Even if you are living in a 20-floors block, the flat is only at the second floor, so there is nothing to worry about the height once inside.

I always felt safe in the area, especially with the big mall next door which means there are people quite often during the day and until the evening. Even when I was coming back home in the night after my job or some parties, I never had any trouble. The line buses bringing you back from the city center are convenient as you can drop-off only 5 minutes walk away from the flat.

I would definitely recommend this flat to any person who would like to come to live in South West London, especially with such great landlords/owners like you!
