Double Room in Peaceful, Friendly Flat – Available 1st June

Hello! I own my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 5th floor of this block, with a lovely river view. It will be just the two of us living here — I work full-time in art, I’m Christian, and attend HTB Brompton Road 5pm service.

I’m looking for someone kind, tidy, and considerate — ideally someone friendly who enjoys the occasional chat or coffee but also appreciates peace and quiet. The flat is calm, clean, and very safe, in a friendly development near the ever evolving Wandsworth Town! Wandsworth Town station is 2 mins walk, away, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, Southside Shopping Centre, and lovely river walks sports and parks are to be found nearby.

The room has a double wardrobe, two chests of drawers, and a desk — perfect if you work from home a little. It would suit someone starting out or settling into London life.

No smoking, no overnight guests, and quiet hours between 10 pm–7 am please. I’m super friendly but value a peaceful, respectful atmosphere at home.

Deposit is non-refundable, so please only place a deposit if you’re certain. Two month's notice is required upon moving out, short or long term is accepted.
