Hi there,

My name is Maria, I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely spacious house with front and back garden (with barbecue), in a very quiet area in Wandsworth (almost a little village as we are off street, surrounded by lots of green).
Perfect for those who are looking for a place to call home. The flat is fully furnished, clean and tidy (there is no fairy tale we keep it lol), very nice bathroom, big kitchen and living room.

Amenities:
5 min from Wandsworth Southside shopping center (shops, cinema, restaurants etc), Big Sainsbury, poundland, Tesco (closes 11pm) Also great pubs.
10 min from Putney high street, where you find many restaurants, pubs/bars...or along the river.

Transport:
10min (ish) walk from East Putney(district line).
13min to Putney rail station (trains to Waterloo) or to Wandsworth town rail services
Buses: 220N (towards Hammersmith), 270N 337N, 37N (10-15 min to Clapham junction), 87 (Trafalgar Square)

I am friendly and warm, my flatmates used to stay long, until they move in with partners or to have their own space.
So, one of my flatmates is getting her own space, then It willl be me (BR) and my flatmate (AU) whom works as teatcher.

My field of work is communication (Translator, Voice over as freelance) and events., very busy right now

I am sociable, up for a chat, a glass of Gin/Aperol/wine or meal together (like cooking and happy to share). However, I fully respect privacy/space very much. Your sleep is sacred (so is mine ;-))I am very careful not to disturb my flatmates beauty sleep no matter the time of the day. :) ...

Sometimes I like to be quiet in my space (room), but also to gather for a film/Netflix session having some wine or not (for now cancelled as I tend to want to watch whole series at once lol)
