Double Room in Balham Victorian House

We live in a huge 4 bed house between Balham and Wandsworth Common, which has a spare room. I am moving to pastures new so am looking for someone to take over my room in the house. The house is superbly finished with a good sized lounge and huge modern kitchen/diner which goes out into the garden. There are 5 bedrooms, including a spare room for friends to stay over. It is situated just 3 minutes walk from Wandsworth Common (fast train into Victoria) and then 8 mins into Balham (Northern line)

The room is a lovely double, inc furnishings, with a built in wardrobe across one wall so plenty of storage (we also have a basement and loft for any other things). The room has almost exclusive use of the second bathroom!

You will be living with three great guys. They are a social bunch and though we do some house things together, we also understand that we all have busy lives as well and need some alone time.

There is a lovely little garden, ideal for summer BBQ’s and south facing so can top up the tan!

They are looking for someone who is fairly laid back, enjoys a TV series or some sport and is up for a beer or two.

You will be signing onto the house's existing contract which will be for 6 months (December 2019)
