A double bedroom available in a lovely, quiet, recently renovated Mews House set over 2 floors. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, a brand new bathroom, and a nice kitchen, spacious lounge and beautiful back garden with seating area. The room is fully furnished (brand new mattresses and bed), and has wardrobes and other storage. The house has quick access to local shops, pubs and the beautiful Wandsworth Common (all just 2 mins walk). Earlsfield, Northcote Road and other great areas are within 10-15 mins walk, with fantastic restaurants and shops. The house has a southwest facing garden (perfect for BBQs).

The rental price includes:

Parking: There are local places to park all day, but you would need to pay for a 1 hour permit (to cover 10am-11am) this is available from the local Wandsworth council. There is also a secure garage if you have a bike that needs storing.

A little bit about me: You’ll be living with me, a 32 year old originally from the north (Bolton). I am a full-time professional working in central London. I am really laid back and easy going. I enjoy hanging out with friends, hiking, running, reading and going to the theatre. I also enjoy the odd dinner party or welcoming a few friends around to watch a movie. My job occasionally requires me to go to the US for a few weeks so you’ll have times where the house is completely yours :) and I am totally cool with you having friends over etc and making the place your home. I own the house so if anything ever breaks I will get it fixed straight away. It is a really modern house with a new boiler so there shouldn’t be any problems.

I also have a Bernese Mountain Dog called Bear, he is very friendly and stays in the lounge and garden. He is well trained not to go upstairs. I also have a dog walker that takes him out during the day. If you like dogs, he is always up for cuddles and treats.

Hoping to find a friendly female flatmate, preferably professional, who is fun, tidy and considerate.. But also, someone who wants to find a place they can call home.
