Double Room in Spacious Flat with En Suite

I'm sub letting this room until end of September as I move away for work. It's likely it will be longer or indefinitely, so there's a good chance the room is available for longer than 3 and a half months.

I love the flat and the area. The room comes with a bed, private balcony, wardrobe and en suite. The kitchen is pretty big, a dishwasher(!) and loads of cupboard space. There’s a dining area with a big glass table, ideal for dinner parties! And a living room, big TV, and shared balcony.

It’s a sweet spot, there’s a park opposite and Wandsworth Common is a 3 minute walk. Northcote Road is a 10 minute walk and Wandsworth town is about the same with loads of gyms and a shopping centre. Tooting Bec underground is a short bus or cycle ride away.

We’re spoilt for choice when it comes to shops too, with anything from Lidl to Wholefoods in Clapham Junction.

The guy you'd be sharing with is a 28 year old professional male who enjoys sports and has lots of friends in the area. Very respectful and we watch football together frequently.
